Five diaries, some of which also contain press cutings, letters, invitations, menus etc. Entries in the 1886, 1890 and 1891 diaries relate almost entirely to Sir James Dickson's travels abroard. The 1899 and 1900 diaries relate mainly to Australian federal and state politics.
